Greetings, Kinnies!  

 

     Sad news for LotRO has been announced.  Rick "Sapience" Heaton, Community Manager for LotRO, is leaving Turbine for a position with the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.  

     We are sad to be losing Sapience.  He has been our Community Manager for the past 6 years, and he has been wonderful.  Those of you who are familiar with him will understand .   He will be replaced by Frelorn, who has been the Community  Manager for Asheron's Call.  Here is Sapience's letter posted on LotRO Forums.  The replies are quite touching, reflecting how much we shall miss Sapience.  He is, however, leaving us to work for a charity, one he has been actively fundraising for for the past 3 years.
